With wide range of comprehensive healthcare services, we’ll consult with doctors and other healthcare providers to develop a personalized MMC plan for your client. We assist your clients with getting on Medicaid free of charge.
Holocaust Survivor Program
If your client survived the Holocaust, he or she may be eligible for free home care and other social services, regardless of their insurance plan. This unique program provides home care, transportation, socialization, and case management.
State Waiver Programs
The TBI and NHTD Medicaid programs make it possible for your client to stay in their home, where they feel most comfortable, while still receiving the high standard of care they deserve.
Pediatrics and Geriatrics
Chris Agency Home Care assists in providing care for pediatric and geriatric clients, and all ages in between—whether their child needs care for weeks or they’re an expecting mother, our dedicated certified home health aides (HHAs) and registered nurses can give them the support and love they need to thrive.

A representative from Chris Agency Home Care will reach out to the client and onboard them for qualifying services.

An Chris Agency Home Care representative will be in touch with the client and their family the whole time throughout the process while regularly updating the referral source.
